The age range of athletes we train.  Weight training for young athletes is not only safe but very beneficial to bone, tendon, and muscle health.  Weight training has been shown to reduce injuries and increase tissue tolerance to withstand long seasons of playing.

Performance Training

Summer Performance Training Begins Monday May 27

2 Options: 

1x/week $35/workout

2x/week $25/workout

Workout Schedule 

Mondays 9:30-11:00 am 

Tuesdays 3:00-4:30 pm 

Wednesdays 9:30-11:00 am 

Thursdays 3:00-4:30 pm

Note: If you sign up for the 2x/week program you will need to choose a 2 different days in the week, at lease 1 day apart at registration.

For Summer Training we try to find 10 weeks that most of the local schools are on summer break for. When we have the schedule set we will update you!

JUMP TECHNIQUE CAMP

5 Day Camp Focused on improving Approach Technique and Blocking Technique using a biomechanics model. 

Jump Camp is held during the summer months, details on Summer '24 Jump Camp will be updated as we get them set. 

POWER DEVELOPMENT CAMP

3 day Camp focusing on improving power during hitting and serving using proper full body mechanics starting from the ground up. 

Power Development camp is held during the summer months, details on Summer '24 Power Camp will be updated as we get them set. 

Private/Semi-Private/Group Volleyball Lessons

PRIVATE/SEMI-PRIVATE/GROUP VOLLEYBALL LESSONS
 
Dr. Anthunee Galvan is a movement expert and a volleyball coach, he uses his background in biomechanics to analyze your movements and find where there may be an "power leak".
